Ignore Previous Post - Questions about Reports in BCM

It would be helpful if there was a way to understand what the different reports - that weren't self explantory- mea

For example
in Business Contact History what if I wanted to see it for all of them not just one
Like what do the Status and Rating fields represent? Can I change the Status fields to something else instead of what is there

And what if you have no need for the fields that Microsoft ships to you..can you change them

Status and Rating fields are present on the BCM forms themselves, so you can see what they mean there. You cannot, however, change them or, in fact, change anything about the BCM forms.
