Outlook 2000
When I dismiss (Right-Click Ignore) a misspelling or grammar issue
flagged by Outlook, many times it inevitably gets flagged again. This
is especially true of grammar problems.
I know Ignore only works within the current document so that is not
the problem.
I figured out that Outlook will re-flag previously 'Ignored' grammar
if you edit the containing sentence/paragraph. This, I can live
with. But why do untouched sentences get flagged again and again no
matter how many times I tell it to Ignore?
Overall I like/need spell & grammar check, so I don't want to turn
them off, but this behavior does not make sense to me.
I should point out that grammar is much worse then spelling, but it
DOES happen for spelling as well.
What gives?
