How can I draft a Rule to ignore attachments that are txt file format footers?
I have a Rule sending all messages with attachments to a folder called,
appropriately, Attachments.
However, a major e-mail sender I need to receive messages from has just
begun including a txt file footer in all e-mails "with the place where you go
to sign on to the listserver." These are not real attachments, yet they are
piling up in my Attachments folder.
I don't want those e-mail containing those footer attachments sent to the
Attachment folder. I want the attachments ignored so that the e-mails
containing them will be correctly routed to the folder I've established using
a separate Rule.
How might I do this?
Thank you very much in advance. I'm eager to read your suggestions.
