IHAVE A PROBLEM UPLOADING RESUME CAN YOU HELP ME?

EVERY TIME I GOTO UPLOAD RESUME SCREEN SAYS ITS IN WRONG FORMAT
HOW DO I MOVE FROM WORDS TO A FILE THAT WILL UPLOAD

File | SaveAs and choose a format that the destination site accepts. And
please don't use AllCaps: it is considered as shouting and thus impolite.
