Hi

Can someone tell me where to get code for MS Access to export data as IIF
format (Intuit Interchange Format) for import to quickbooks.

Access won't export IIF files. You can export to txt or csv text file
format. If QuickBooks can't read them, there is a third party data converter
called "Data Junction" that should be able to handle it for you.
