IIS: MS Project Application Pools and Websites

Can anyone tell me in IIS6, what websites (Sharepoint, Default,
ProjectServer) are part of what Application Pool? I am on MS Project 2003
Server. Thanks.

We'd need to access your server to answer that question. It depends on how
you set it up. If your default site is the original default site, then
chances are it's using the default application pool.

Thank you Gary. I have been using the defaults during the install of Project
server, Sharepoint services. It appears its a directory security issue or
identity issue. Now when I browse the Sharepoint Central Administration
Page, I get error "Server Error in "/" Application. The problem seems to be
with Sharepoint. Any suggestions?

Have you looked at the server event logs? What have you done to diagnose
this?
