IIS--Reinstalling from Scratch

When re-installing IIS is an option, how can I get a clean
slate? That is, if I delete the physical folders
corresponding to the webs, then uninstall and reinstall
IIS, will that do the trick?

Which Operating System are you using? Try, Start, Settings, Control Panel,
Add/Remove Programs, Windows Components. Once it's removed you can delete
C:\INETPUB and then start over.

I doubt this applies but u never know....If this is a cluster server DO NOT
remove the "Common Files". Doing so breaks the cluster.
