illegal alias

Hi,

I experience a stange issue, the user (e-mail address removed) tried to send an
email to (e-mail address removed) and he received this error message:
"The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Test',
Account: 'tata', Server: 'smtp.example.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response:
'550 5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias '(e-mail address removed)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79.

But tata can send an email to another user (e-mail address removed) (titi is in the same
server as toto).
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) are different accounts and both of them exist in
the same server.

Have you any idea what is wrong?

Thanks,

Haydar
