Illegal Copies

I was wondering, On the cover of the Office 2003 S&T
Edition CD it says do not make Illegal copies of this
disc. What would be a legal copy? Can i make a back-up in-
case the CD is damaged or lost?

Read the EULA. I believe that you can make one copy as a backup. The
EULA will tell you exactly what you can and cannot do.
