A user has had a problem 2 times in this area. She opens a document (it's
always a mail merge doc) and she gets the error illegal operation in
winword.exe at 0167:301...... I've copied the file to other PC's and the
same problem occurs. I've searched the MS KB but didn't find much help. Is
there any way to recover the contents of the file? I've looked in the file
recovery folder but there's no file. Thanks, Diane
