Illegal Operations

I am desperate for some help. Since yesterday, I get a
message on my Outlook as so as I open it that it has
performed an illegal operation. Details state that there
is an invalid page fault in module
MSO9.DLL@016f:308f3e51. The only day that I have 2
important e-mails to open and I can't get in. Does anyone
have a suggestion???
