illegal port message 500 what does it mean?

I have been using FrontPage to publish my web page for two years with the
same ISP. Now since SP, it doesn't work and gives me the illegal port
message! I disabled the windows firewall and got it to admit FrontPage but it
still doesn't work. Please help. I am using fp2003 now.
