Hello,
I'm receiving invoices for M365 at my personal email address, which isn't an issue since I'm a 365 user. However, I recently encountered a problem where I was kicked out of the Office suite on my computer, with a message stating that my "free trial is over," despite that trial ending back in 2015.
Even though I've paid my invoices, I still can't access Word, Excel, etc., which I rely on daily for work.
To make matters more confusing, when I log in to my Microsoft account using my personal email, I can't find any trace of a subscription, despite receiving the invoices at that address. Additionally, when I attempt to log in to view the invoice I've paid, Microsoft informs me that I can't use a personal email to log in and that it must be a business account.
Where is my subscription then? I can't think of another account it would be under, especially since the invoices are going to my personal email.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
