I'm being denied access to my http account on Outlook

I'm receiving:

Task 'MSN: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCC32)
: 'Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username and password
are correct.The server responded 'Unauthorized'. '

everytime I click on send and receive. My other http account works fine.
