I need to take my one note data from my old computer to my new one. Is there
any data file I have to copy?

Copy the entire contents of c:\documents and settings\<yourname>\My
Documents\My Notebook to the new computer.

If you have created any personalized stationery, you will need to move those
files as well. The location for those is C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Templates\1033\ONENOTE\Stationery

Also, you may want to move your back up files. For the location of those,
check out Tools--> Options, Backup.

And also any other data files (.one) that you have "save as.." else where.

One more thing you shall keep in mind while moving is that, you might get
problems accessing certain links to external files that if at all you've
created earlier.
