I'm creating a db in A2000. What version should my client buy??

I'm creating an Access application in A2000, and I need to tell m
client what version to buy. Will my 2000 app run in either 2002 o
2003? Will it make a difference if they buy 2003 instead of 2002?

They would be able to run your A2000 app with A200 or higher, but of the three I
would say A2002 is the best way to go (if they can still find it). A2003 hasn't
added much except security settings that annoy the hell out of people and A2000
has a lot more bugs than A2002.
