I used the IM field to store Salutation for contacts, since Outlook-
amazingly- does not have this field available to users. This is the only
field that doesn't show up when exported to Excel.
I did this to save time, so I don't have to look up and type in Salutation
every time I do a mass mailing.
Any suggestions?
