I'm getting the next error message with the RunTime

I have an executable application from MS Access 2000 SP3 in english and its
source is MS Excel 2000 SP3 File with VBA Codes, Those are Work Internal
Applications of the company that I work for. Something important I don't
have MS Access 2000 SP3 installed in my PC, only the MS Access Runtime 2000
SP3. The process consist about read some log files, just only a few has been
got fine however when I tried to analyze other ones I got the next error
message: "Execution of this application has stopped due to a run-time
error."The Application can't continue and will be shut down, press OK.

Somebody could help to me about it, please?

Troubleshooting error messages is very difficult with Access runtime. Is
there any way you can try this application on a computer that has the full
version of Access (not runtime) so that you can at least identify the error?
