Im havinga issue with microsoft office sending e-mails

Im having issue with Microsoft office sending e-mails. I receive all my
message through outlook but when ever want to reply to that message i have
to go to the internet and reply through web-based for the person to receive
it . it doesnt give me an error code it sends the e-mail like normal and
when i ask the person did u get my e-mail its always no unless i send it via
the internet

And your Outlook configuration would be...?
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.
