i'm looking for a creative brief template

i need a creative brief template that i can send electronically interoffice
and have certain boxes checked and information entered and returned to me
electronically -- can you do this in office?

I have heard of Hanes briefs and Legal briefs, but I have never heard of
Creative briefs.

Your requirements, however, resembles the definition of a "FORM".

Start MS Word, go to Help, and type "form". Read all about it.
