Can u please let me know is there such a thing as an organiser withing
microsoft office?

Hi Gwen,

Microsoft Outlook manages appointments, contacts, tasks and simple
notes. If you want to keep track of random stuff (e.g. meeting notes,
things pasted from web pages or other documents), look into Microsoft
OneNote.
