I'm Loosing attachments in Office Outlook

when I transfer docs from word to outlook as attachment to E-mail it or Fax
it only the fax cover sheet is staing and the rest is vanishing what could
be the problem?

What do you mean by "transfer docs"

I don't know about faxing, but to email documents, you attach them to the
message using the Attach button (icon of a paper clip).
