I'm missing the Control tab in Format Control under Combo Box com.

Using Excel 2003 SP3. When inserting a Combo Box into a worksheet, I locate
the combo box on the worksheet and then go to define it in "Format",
"Control" (Ctrl+1). The window the appears does not have the "Control" tab so
I can not enter the information that is necessary. It does have the other 4
tabs, (Size, Protection, Properties, and Web), however. How do I get the
Control tab to appear? It does appear on other pcs in our network. It used to
appear on mine before I installed SP3. However SP3 is also on the other pcs.
