I'm missing the replied to and forwarded "flags" column, please he

I was trying to change some columns the other day in MS Outlook 2007. I
accidentaly removed that flat that shows when you've replied to a email or
forwarded it. I cannot figure out how to get it back. It's driving me nuts
not being to see who I've replied to. Please help!
