I'm not able to see my UNREAD items folder in outlook 2007.How can i get it

Unread Mail is one of the default search folders and is easy to re-create:

Create a Search Folder

If it still exists, but isn't in Favorite Folders, right click it and select
"Add to Favorite Folders".
