I'm prevented from sending an email pf "My Pictures" folder

Outlook 2007 will not allow me to forward pictures I took with my Kodak
camera and which I placed in a Windows "My Pictures" folder. How do I adjust
the security settings simply to allow me to send outgoing emails of these
pictures?

thank tyouin advance for your assistance-I cannot figure it out on my own.

What happens? Do they just sit in Sent Items, or are you getting an error?
