I'm receving mails i have already read.

My e-mails is downloaded many times witch is wasteing out time. why this
happen? and how we stop it

Sniper,
Do you have an exchange server or does your Outlook client pop
out to a isp that holds your e-mail? It sounds like you are popping out to a
pop3 account and I have seen this happen due to spam that is in your pop3
account at your isp.
The only way that I found to fix this problem is to logon to your external
webmail account delete the mail and this works.
