I'm trying to include custom fields into the "reply" message header

So that it would look something like this:

From: (e-mail address removed)

Sent: 30 September 2003 17:12

To: (e-mail address removed)

Subject:

Custom field 1

Custom field 2

I've already made my new email forms and they seem to be working ok. The
fields appear ok in the header on the form but when I click "reply", "reply
all" or "forward", I would like the fields to appear in the original message
header. Any ideas?
