I'm trying to print medical insurance forms from Access2007.

Is this possible? I'm dreading trying to align all the fields
manually and was wondering if there are templates somewhere?
Specifically , HCFA 1500.

There has to be somewhere, try google. If not, create one form that is the
way you want it and make it your default form template. You can do that in
Tools\options\formsreports
