Image block superimposed onto documents

Hello All, I have an issue with Word 2002 (Office XP) OS
is XP Pro. This is happening to only one of my 60 ish
users. There seems to be an image block superimposed onto
documents. This block looks like it came from what ever
was open previously. Most of the time this is Outlook,
although it does happen when Outlook is closed. The block
will move when the document is scrolled.
