Image Box on screen

I need some HELP! I have a user that is working in the
Office 2000 suite and when she goes from Excel
spreadsheet to spreadsheet an image box appears on her
screen the leaves the last thing she was in on the
screen. The rectangle box always appears in the lower
right hand side of her screen. It goes away if she closes
out of all her excel documents and reboots. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THank You!

Bob,
Thank You for your reply. I have updated the BIOS, BIOS
for video and video drivers. I will let you know if the
box reappears after doing this. Thank You again, KN
