Image Does Not Appear In Thumbnail View In Explorer After Upgrade to Office 2003

I upgraded my Office 2000 Pro to Office 2003 Pro on my
Windows 2000 Pro machine. When I go to my Explorer, the
thumbnails no longer show an image.

There is a solution in Microsofts Knowledge Base for
upgrading to Office XP, Microsoft Knowledge Base Article -
292499 at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/Q2
92/4/99.ASP&NoWebContent=1

I tried the suggested solution for Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article - 292499 but still have the problem. I think
that solution only pertains to Office XP upgrades.

Does anyone have a solution for my Office 2003 problem?
