image/file upload

Hello,
I am using FP2002 and have added a form to my site that includes a 'browse'
file upload part so that visitors can attach an image.
When I check the form results the image is not attached.
Which bit of the jigsaw is missing? Is it something to do with CGI script or
something?

Any help would be appreciated.

It would be uploaded to your _private folder. If it's not there, then your
server admin needs to enable the upload-file feature in the server
extensions - if they allow it at all.

Sorry! The version of FP I have is 2000 and not 2002.
Is file upload possible in this version?

Yes, but not directly via any component within FP. You will need to contact your web host to see
what they offer or recommend, if allowed.
