image in template file is mirrored

We use template files to help standardize some documents. I have noticed
with word 2003, the graphic in the header is displayed, and printed, mirrored
and rotated. The graphic is displayed properly when the file is opened with
previous versions of word. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your response. The article worked for word 2003 V11.6502.6408 SP1
but does not work for word 2003 V11.6568.6568 SP2. I was unable to find any
other KB articles relating to the issue. I would be grateful for any
additional information.
