Image not printing properly

Hi there.

I have a document with an image. When 90% of my users print it, the image
prints properly. When the remaining users print it (they all have the same
printer), the image prints as a black box.

I believe there is a setting in the printer options, but for the life of me
can't remember what it is. Please advise.
