Image popup (as comment) when you mouse over.

I want to image to pop up when you mouse over cell as comment do. I know of
way to changing coment background to image, but it takes one second of
holding mouse over cell i need it to appear as soon you move cursor across
cell.

Is there some way to do this perhps script editior or VB editor inside
Excel, i think what needed is to paste image, set its position and size then
hide it and make it show only when you mouse over certain cell then hide
when you move mouse away.
