I am using Visio 2003 Professional on Windows XP. On my diagram I am using
several of the server images - the Web Server image for example. When I try
to print to a color printer (HP Color LaserJet 8550 PS) the image doesn't
look so good: the server box itself has an unwanted rectangular shadow at the
bottom, and the earth symbol has a square blue shadow surrounding it -
resulting in a pretty ugly image. All of the server images have similar
problems.
I can print to a black and white printer and it looks fine. Or, I can print
to a PDF generator, and then print the PDF on the color printer and all is
well.
Any thoughts? Thanks.
