Hi
I have included an embedded jpeg picture on the startup form of my database;
it's the only pic in my database and seems to work fine when I open the
database in the copy of Access I have on my local machine. However, when I
open the database in the Access in my Citrix environment, the quality of the
picture on the form has degraded noticeably. I have no control over software
installed on the Citrix server farm, so is there a way to improve the quality
of the displayed pic when I'm using it in Citrix (as I will mostly be)? Both
versions of Access are 2000, I have Adobe Photoshop, Paint etc on my local
machine but we don't have so much as a copy of Paint on Citrix - not sure if
that's relevent.
I read some posts about linking pictures etc, but I'm not sure if that would
solve the problem. Can anyone help?
Thanks
Martyn
