Image splits when pasting into Picture Manager

I am trying to save .jpg files from a word document by copying them from the
document and pasting them into Picture Manager. This works OK on one of my
PCs, but when I try to derform this on the other, the image is split, as if
cut in half and the right side placed on the left. Any idea as to a fix?
