Image view in a form nnn

The Employees form in Northwind DB uses a img control to display a photo
different record. When conveting this form to report (i want some txt field
sizes to adapt to the text they contain) no image is displayed.

How can i do this (store only link to image in db and display the image in
the report)?

Please advice...

You need to use the "On Format" property of the detail
section in the report to set the image source for each
record. (I think this is what you're asking??)
