Good Day All,
We have an employee who is using Outlook 2002. When people send this person
an email that might contain an image, either screen shot, logo, etc., that
are within the email will appear as a red x.
If this employee attempts to forward the email with the red x, the images
are suddenly able to be viewed.
I've searched through the mail format, the options, etc to find why this is
happening and am stumped. In Outlook 2003 you can simply turn on/off the
images, but nothing that simple appears to be available for Outlook 2002?
How do I change this person's email so that they receive images and don't
get the red x empty box? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
