Hello All
I am using Word 2002 on Windows XP Professional. My documents contain
screen shots in JPEG format. However, where the screen shot should
appear, there is only a white space. Only when the cursor is placed on
the white space and clicked and dragged does the image become visible.
I put a frame around the picture, and I cannot see that, either.
If I print the document, it prints with the pictures in place. If I
send the document to another Word user, they can open and view the
document with the images in place.
When I paste or insert a new image in the document, it does not appear
unless I perform some kind of "format picture" function such as
resizing or layout positioning.
Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing this behavior and how to
correct it? I really would like to see the images as I place them in
the document, and see them in the doucment as everyone else does. Any
help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
