Images are not being shown in OWA

Hi!

We have this strange problem in our organization.

Our users are using OWA. As such, they like to attach .jpg images in their
mails. They also like to paste it on the mail and make comments about it. The
problem is, some users are able to do it, while some can't.

I tried in vain in searching if there's an insert picture function in OWA,
but sadly there isn't. Can someone please give me some advice regarding this?
I'm stumped and just want to make this feature available to everyone.

One of the persons that can see images in their OWA showed me how they do it.

1) She copies the image from the powerpoint to the Outlook (don't know why
but that's her method).

2) Then she copies the image that was copied from the Outlook to the OWA.

Then the images are shown.

How is this relevant? Thanks!
