We have one user in the office who is getting the red X in place of images in
incoming messages. These include messages that are sent to all staff and for
which the rest of the staff can view the images.
We have verified that Tools /Options/Security /Download Pictures is checked
on
"Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail,"
with the the option checked to permit this from safe senders/recipients and
trusted sites. However, the Junk Email filter on which this is based is not
available because we work in an Exchange environment with cache mode
disabled. Regardless, these are the same settings for all our users.
We also checked to be sure she wasn't receiving messages in plain text.
What else might cause this?
