Images disapeared, but are still printale

After reinstalling MS Office on my new PB G4, (the screen of the old one has
been dissociated from the keyboard) I cannot see anymore some images with MS
Word, but they are still printable.

I would like to see them again.

I suggest you plug the screen back in...

Seriously: Go to Word>Preferences>View and Uncheck the Image placeholders
checkbox.

I had that same defect on my PowerBook: they don't like being thrown on the
platform while running for the train. Design defect, I say... Of course
we're going to throw them out of trains -- doesn't everyone?
