I am having a problem with Visio 2000 and VNE. I am creating a floor plan
with all desktops, printers, etc. and am using a jpg image of the floor
blueprint as a background and adding the shapes for the PCs, printers, etc.
on top. Some of these PC shapes were created from images as well.
The problem is that when I open my document, the background picture is
gone - the shape is still there, but instead of the image it's based on,
there is a black "x" through the entire shape. This has happened before with
some of the PC shapes based on images, but since the background has done
this, the PC images are back.
I have tried deleting/recreating the directory cache and also tried opening
the document with the Visio 2003 viewer, but the problem persists.
