| Hi - thanks for this, the way the images display (or don't) would suggest
| some form of corruption, but what, and how do I cure it? All the images have
| been prepared in the same way (Figures from flatbed scans, plates from Slide
| scans) all resized and optimised for web using Adobe Photoshop Elements.
| When I look at the list in Windows Explorer all the illustrations are of
| broadly similar file sizes, and when I check the attributes and properties of
| the "Corrupt" ones they are identical in every respect to the ones that
| display correctly. I am prepared to believe they are corrupt, but in what
| way, how can I cure them, and how will I know whether I have succeeded or
| not, short of going through the whole publlishing rigmarole yet again?
