Images don't print on reports.

John

I've been searching for two days trying to find a
solution to a printing problem. I have an Access 2002
database with images in an OLE field. The images look
fine in a report on the screen but when printed the
images don't show. I've tried .jpg and .bmp and neither
work. These are bound objects. Any help would be very
appreciated.

The freely downloadable sample databases at http://accdevel.tripod.com
illustrate three approaches to handling images in Access, two of which do
not use an OLE field. With the OLE field and Bound OLE Frame, you place
yourself at the mercy of whatever image handling software is registered for
the file type in question.

You may also want to take a look at MVP Stephen Lebans' site for information
on avoiding memory leakage when using pictures in reports --
