Basic information:
Windows 98
Outlook 2000
IE6 with SP1
This problem is occuring on many of our systems. When an image is embedded
in the body of an HTML formatted e-mail, the image doesn't print.
However, we have copied the image to the clipboard, started a new e-mail in
Rich-text format, pasted the image in the body and sent it to another user.
This works fine.
Our main question is ...
How can you change the format of an e-mail you have received on the fly? I
can only change it to/from HTML and Plain Text. When you change to Plain
Text, the embedded image is removed and you are left with only the text.
Any suggestions and/or help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Gilley
