Images Flipped

I have users creating Powerpoint Presentations on Windows computers
with Office 2003, when we take them to a Macintosh running (10.3)
Office 2004 some, not all, of the graphics are flipped and rotated. Any
suggestion on fixing this?

I looked at the Microsoft Article
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=312838 and made the changes to a PC
running identical software and resaved the document and this did not
fix the problem.

I have all the updates available for Office and OS10.3 installed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

As you have seen, the way the pictures are created affects what will
happen to them.

How are the images being created (what software, format, etc)? How are
they being inserted into the presentations (pasted, from file, etc)?

I'm using copy and paste command (jpeg from website (Safari)). When the
files goes to windows PC, the images disappears.

Instead of using copy and paste, choose Download Image from Safari. Then
in PowerPoint go to the Insert menu and choose Picture from File. This is
complicated by the fact that Safari (at least the version I have) doesn't
allow you to specify where to save an individual picture; it just goes to
whatever is designated as your Download folder. You might go to the
Safari menu and choose Preference. Under the General tab, you can
designate where to send downloaded files.
